The general consensus seems to be that Season 3 is comparatively weak overall. So far I'm still amused, so I'm okay. :)

There are some very good episodes in Season 3, but where it falls down is that in the preceding seasons, weak episodes would still keep going based on the sparkle of the Doctor-Rose chemistry and interaction. Whereas the Doctor-Martha Jones interaction doesn't progress from the first episode to the last episode of Season 3 (other than a couple of lame jokes).
