Police got here about 15 minutes ago.  I wasn't even the one who called them this time.  Still lots of yelling.  The only word I can clearly make out is "FUCK!", used copiously and with much vigor. 

Oh, yay - more pounding of something against something else.  Someone's got a lot more energy than I do.  Goodie for them.

Still writing the last scene of my script.  The one that's due tomorrow. 

Can you say, "no time for rewrites, this shit goes in as is?"    Sure.  I knew you could.

Must.  Wake.  Up.

Going to go take a shower.  Work still to be done.

This sounds like the grounds for a GREAT script. I've long since learned that turning whack-ass neighbors into literary opportunities is the best way to go.
